🚨 BOCC Meeting - October 16th 🚨

The Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is currently deciding how many residential building allocations (ROGOs) should be requested from the State of Florida. This decision will significantly impact the future of the Keys. The ROGO portion of the discussion is scheduled to start at 10 am.

The Florida Keys ROGO Coalition urges local governments to pause before accepting more ROGOs until a transparent, objective, and data-driven analysis is conducted. This analysis must consider the long-term environmental, fiscal, and quality-of-life impacts of additional development.
