As a former auditor and advocate for transparency, Chris worked on campaigns to combat "pay-to-play" practices and to ensure fair and equitable governance. He brings this same passion for accountability to his environmental advocacy.
Chris has been actively involved in local initiatives that align with the mission of Keys Last Stand, including responsible land development, water quality preservation, and affordable workforce housing. His leadership roles with organizations such as Fair Insurance Rates Monroe (FIRM) and the Key West AIDS Memorial demonstrate his dedication to improving the well-being of the Florida Keys community.
Chris arrived in Key West in 2017 and now lives there with his husband, Eric, and their dog, Harper. As a board member of Keys Last Stand, Chris is focused on protecting the natural environment, advocating for sustainable growth, and ensuring that the unique character of the Florida Keys is preserved for generations to come.
