Bryan Rowland

Bryan and his partner, Michael, moved to Key West in August 2022, from North Carolina. Bryan started his college life studying marine biology but finished with a graduate degree in urban planning from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. In Key West, Bryan gets to fulfill his love of the marine environment while simultaneously working at AH Monroe doing community outreach. While relatively new to the island, Bryan wants to hit the ground running and become an active member of the community. Through his journey as an Eagle Scout, Bryan developed a passion for nature that includes scuba diving, camping, hiking, and most other outdoor activities. These passions, along with his education and current job, has led him to the Board of Last Stand to continue the shared mission of quality of life preservation in the Keys.
